We offer a selection of beautifully unique rooms and spaces available to hire at no cost, making us the perfect location to host your special celebration or boutique wedding.
A leafy 5-minute stroll from Chelsea Old Town Hall and boasting a wedding licence for those preferring a more relaxed ceremony, we host everything from understated and elegant post-ceremony lunches to all-out receptions of 200 guests with all the bells and whistles.

FAQs
We do not charge hire fees for our bookable spaces, but minimum spends/pre-orders may apply. Where a minimum pre-order is required (Club Room, Saloon, Garden) this amount must be met in advance. If your minimum spend is not reached on the day, your deposit will be retained to cover the remaining balance.
We are happy to recommend local suppliers we have worked with, or you may use your own. We can accept delivery from 10am on the day and allow access to set up within your booked time slot.
Someone is generally on site from 10am, if you would like to have cakes/flowers or decorations delivered. As we are often catering for several events each day, please ensure all items are clearly marked with your name.
All of our spaces look lovely as they are, but you are welcome to organise flowers, balloons, or tasteful decorations to add your own touch. We just ask that you ensure everything is removed come the end of your booking. Confetti and confetti-filled balloons are prohibited. Please do not attempt to fix anything to the walls, as this may damage the paintwork, and may incur a charge.
You are most welcome to arrange a florist to decorate your space. We can recommend a number of florists, or you are welcome to choose your own. Should you wish to supply your own flowers, please make sure these are provided to us pre-arranged in your own vases,ready to be placed on the tables during set up. We are unable to supply vases.
Our team will lay the table, place pre-arranged flowers, and are happy to distribute name cards and favours. If you would like anything beyond this, a set-up fee may apply. Should you wish to gain access to your space prior to the start of your booking time, this may incur an additional fee. Please discuss this with your events manager for a quote.
Our Oakley Room is licensed for wedding ceremonies for a cost of £700. This wedding ceremony fee does not contribute to your minimum spend. Registrars must be organised through Chelsea Registry Office.
By pre-arrangement we offer wine corkage at £35 per 750ml bottle of still wine, and £45 per 750ml bottle of sparkling wine. We ask you to notify us of the exact number of bottles and ensure they are delivered at least 24 hours before your event to be chilled. We do not offer corkage on anything other than wine.
