FAQ

Parking

Due to The Phene being in a very residential area we unfortunately do not have any parking on site. The nearest pay and display parking is Flood Street. There is also a multi storey car park on Sydney Street, a 6-minute walk away. Our top tip for drivers is to park in the more plentiful pay & display around Battersea Park and then take a scenic stroll over the Albert Bridge to us.

Accommodation

Our sister venue – Aragon House boasts 17 boutique bedrooms and is a short drive from us. For the best rates book here.

Decorations

When hiring one of private spaces you are welcome to bring decorations, with the exception of confetti, confetti filled balloons or streamers. Use of these may result in additional cleaning charges which we'll unfortunaetly have to pass on to yourself.

We also have a black book of contacts with fantastic florists, cake makers, magicians etc should this be of any use.

Children

Children are welcome in our restaurant, main bar and garden until 6pm. A children's menu is available on request.
We're a busy venue with plates of hot food and trays of drinks making their way around the venue constantly. For their safety we ask that you ensure your children remain at the table and are supervised at all times.

Planning Your Visit

We are in walking distance from Sloane Square and South Kensington stations. You can also reach us by bus from Kings Road.
Our garden closes at 10pm and we kindly ask you to keep noise at a respectable level during your visit in respect of our neighbours.
If you would like to bring your own birthday/celebration cake we're happy to help. A small charge may apply if you're not already having dessert with us. Unfortunately, beyond cakes, we don't allow any other external catering as we already have our own fantastic team of chefs.
Have your own wine collection? We are happy to allow corkage at £35.00 for still wines and £45.00 for sparkling wines. (Priced per standard 750 ml bottle)

Dog Policies

Well behaved dogs are welcome in the main bar, saloon and garden. Please make sure you let us know if you are bringing your four-legged friend so we can assign your booking appropriately, and please keep them on a lead at all times.

Accessibility

Our ground floor and garden are wheelchair accessible and we have ramps on site. There is an accessible loo on the ground floor of the venue. Due to the age of the building our Oakley and Club rooms are unfortunately only accessible via stairs.

Available Spaces

We have six private event spaces suitable for groups of all sizes – The Oakley Room, The Club Room, The Saloon, The Chef's Table, The Restaurant & and the right-hand side of our Garden
