Due to The Phene being in a residential area we do not have any parking on site. The nearest pay and display parking is Flood Street. There is also a multi storey car park on Sydney Street, a 6-minute walk away.

You are more than welcome to bring decorations for your event, however we do not allow confetti, confetti filled balloons or streamers in any of our spaces. We also have contacts for a fantastic florist and cake maker should you need!

Children are welcome in our restaurant, main bar and garden until 8pm. A kids menu is available on request.

We are in walking distance from Sloane Square and South Kensington stations. You can also reach us by bus from Kings Road.

Our garden closes at 10pm and we kindly ask you to keep noise at a respectable level during your visit in respect of our neighbours.

If you would like to bring your own birthday/celebration cake charges may apply. Unfortunately, we cannot allow any other external catering (unless all items are pre-agreed with management).

We allow corkage at £25.00 for still wines and £35.00 for sparkling wines per every 750 ml bottle.

Dogs are welcome in the main bar, Saloon and garden. Please make sure you let us know if you are bringing your four-legged friend so we can assign your booking appropriately. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.

We are wheelchair accessible and have ramps on site. There is an accessible loo on the ground floor of the venue. Due to the structure of the building our private rooms are only accessible via stairs.

We have six private event spaces suitable for groups of all sizes – The Garden, Saloon, Chefs Table, Restaurant, Oakley Room & Club Room.
